We made a reservation for a birthday celebration last week having read all the amazing reviews on Google. The experience did not disappoint at all! The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere and super friendly staff made it feel as if we are dining in a friend's place - a friend who fed us really, really well (they weren't kidding when they repeatedly reminded us to come hungry). The scallops and the octopus are to die for. Will definitely come again for other special occasions!
Mu husband and I just finished our meal and am our way home and we just can’t stop talking about how amazing the food and the experience was! Every dish was meticulously prepared and executed very well. The service staff is very attentive, warm and helpful. My husband brought me here to celebrate my birthday and it is one of my best dining experience in Singapore. So glad that we discovered this place! The kunafa was sooooooo yummy but we were filled to the brim and really could not take any more food, was a shame really. The salad was my personal favourite, I was quite mindblown, the strawberry vinaigrette coupled with juicy sweet tomatoes and mint is a superb combination. I highly recommend this place!
Absolutely phenomenal. A picture speaks a thousand words and I've attached 7 of them. Come hungry.. HUNGRY!! Limit their homemade bread w awesome hummus at the start. We were all bloody stuffed by the 5th dish so pace yourself :) good luck and have fun
Amazing place, it feels like you are in your family’s cozy apartment, but with glam. The staff is very friendly, the food is next level and you need a fork lifter afterwards, because after 8 delicious dishes you would not be able to move. The food is omakase style, so takes out the work of thinking what to try, instead you get to enjoy everything Just one ask for the team, sometimes in between dishes - it felt a bit rushed, and the food and atmosphere is too good to rush

The food was delicious, and the staff were attentive and happy to address our questions about the food. What really stood out was when the chef personally came to our table to share the story behind the restaurant’s unique name, such a thoughtful touch! The ambience was cozy and inviting, and the whole experience made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for a great night out!
We loved the decor of the place. It was very cosy with the warm lighting and chill vibes with a good playlist that suited the place. The food was amazing, we loved every dish. It was very fresh and came in hearty portions. It’s so hard to choose a favourite dish for the night. The sourdough bread was so good and we ordered 3 to takeaway after we tried it. The attention to details from the sides, the accompaniment, the sauces, the plating and the presentation was just superb. The service of all the staff was great too! They were very attentive to our needs and always wore a bright smile while serving us. I’m definitely coming back again to try their different menu since they change it frequently.
We had an amazing time at Proud Potato Peeler ! Right from the start all the staff gave us a warm welcome and arranged for us to have a cocktail on the terrace to enjoy the sunset. We liked it so much outside that we asked to be sitted there instead which they arranged with no fuss. And then the food started to come and it was awesome dish after awesome dish. Everything was creative, hearty and so delicious. We are used to eat Mediterranean cuisine and we were still surprised by how they associated some ingredients together resulting in an overall amazing experience. Finally with more than 7 different dishes from appetiser to dessert there is no way you're leaving this place hungry !
